Beijing – Xi’an -- Shanghai

Day 1 Arrival Beijing

transferred with private van to hotel.

Holiday Inn Temple of Heaven Beijing Hotel (4 – star class hotel or the same level).

Begin the day with a visit to Tiananmen Square , the world largest. Then, move on to the Imperial Palace , also known as the " Forbidden City " that symbolizes the imperial and traditional China . After lunch, visit Temple of Heaven , the place where the emperors of Ming and Qing dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for peace and harvest. Evening brings the opportunity to savor a sumptuous Peking Duck Banquet at a renowned restaurant – Ouan Ju De.

Day 3 Beijing

The day starts with a visit to the world-renowned pandas at the Beijing Zoo, In the afternoon,Visit the enchanting Summer Palace , one of China 's largest and best-preserved imperial gardens.

Day 4 Beijing-Xian

Today's highlight is your visit to the Great Wall, symbol of Chinese civilization. Then visit Ming tombs and its Spirit Road , here you can see some marvelous stone sculptures. The evening brings the opportunity to attend the world-famous Beijing Opera. Train to Xi'an and check in Xi'an Hotel upon arrival.

Day 5 Xian

Climb up the ancient City Walls and visit Forest of Steles Museum where precious stone carvings and sculptures are kept. Enjoy a characteristic dumpling dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 6 Xi'an

The day ahead is full, starting with a tour of one of the city's noted archeological treasures: the tomb of Emperor Qin Shi Huangdi, the first emperor of China . Here 6,000 life-sized terra-cotta warriors and horses faithfully guard the tomb of their emperor as they have done for 2,000 years. Proceed to HuaQing Hot Spring. After lunch, visit the superb Shaanxi History Museum , the best of its kind in China . Tonight, you are invited to enjoy a Tang Style Dinner Show.

Day 7 Xi'an-Shanghai

Fly to Shanghai , China 's largest city. Visit the Bund,the splendid row of early 20th century European buildings remains the quint essential Shanghai sight. Visit Yuyuan Garden -- a well restored Suzhou-style garden, A fabulous acrobatic show concludes your first day in Shanghai . In the evening, enjoy a Chinese acrobatic show.

Day 8. Return Home
